Let Choice Solutions assess the effectiveness and efficiency of your operations by performing a Value Stream Assessment. From start of sales process to delivery of product or completion of service we will:

Collect and analyze data to assess: 

• customer lead time – forecasted time to provide a product or service
  
• work content – actual work or labor content required to make a product or complete a service
  
• throughput/capacity – actual and theoretical system capacity to make a product or provide services
  
• quality/yield performance – percentage of steps or projects completed without any mistakes or rework

A findings report will be generated which will include a gap analysis identifying deficiencies in your system that may be a barrier to you meeting your goals, and a prioritized list of recommendations to improve the flow and quality of your company’s work
